Captain’s Declaration
By participating in Titans Cricket Series, every team confirms that it has read, understood and accepted the official tournament rules and playing conditions.

Tournament Format
- 10 teams will participate.
- League stage will have 45 matches.
- Top 4 teams qualify for playoffs.
- Playoffs include Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2, Third Place Playoff and Final.
- Total tournament matches: 50.

Squad Registration
- Maximum 18 registered players per team.
- Only registered players may participate.
- No player additions after the registration deadline.
- Players may represent only one team.
- Mid-season transfers are not permitted.

Playing XI & Impact Player
- Teams may name up to 12 players for a match.
- Only 11 batting positions may be used.
- The 12th player acts as the Impact Player.
- Impact Player may bat, bowl, field or keep wickets.
- Once substituted, the replaced player may/may not re-enter.
- Umpire must be informed before substitution.

Minimum Players
- Minimum 10 players must be present to start a match.
- Teams with fewer than 10 players will not be permitted to play.
- Walkover victory shall be awarded to the opposition.

Team Jerseys
- Matching team jerseys are compulsory.
- Every jersey must display a clearly visible player number.
- Teams failing to comply may be denied participation until corrected.

Match Format
- 20 overs per side.
- Standard cricket laws apply unless otherwise specified in this rulebook.
- Toss winner may choose to bat or bowl first.

Bowling Rules
- Maximum 4 overs per bowler.
- Bowling team may choose the bowling end at the start of every innings.
- After 10 overs, bowling ends must be reversed.
- Changing ends at halfway is compulsory.

Powerplay & Fielding
- Overs 1 to 6 constitute the Powerplay.
- Maximum two fielders outside the boundary circle during Powerplay.
- Maximum 5 fielders may be on the leg side at delivery.
- This count does not include bowler and wicketkeeper.
- Violation shall result in a No Ball.

Wide, No Ball & Free Hit
- All wides and no balls result in 1 extra run and must be rebowled.
- Front-foot No Balls result in a Free Hit on the following delivery.
- Full tosses above waist height shall be called No Ball and will result in a free hit.

Match Timings
- Teams should report at least 30 minutes before match start.
- Grace period may be granted at the umpire’s discretion.
- Failure to field minimum players may result in walkover.

Rain, Weather & DLS
- The Tournament Committee shall decide whether a match is delayed, shortened, suspended or rescheduled due to weather.
- The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) Method shall be used whenever a revised target is required in a rain-affected match.
- A minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed for a result to be decided using the DLS Method.
- If fewer than 5 overs per side are possible, the match shall be rescheduled.
- No league match shall be declared a No Result solely due to rain without first being rescheduled.
- All weather-related decisions taken by the Tournament Committee shall be final and binding.

Points System
- Win: 2 points.
- No Result: 1 point.
- Loss: 0 points.
- Tie-breakers: Wins, Net Run Rate, Head-to-Head, Tournament Committee Decision.

Tied Matches & Playoff Conditions
- League Stage: No Super Over.
- Both teams shall receive 1 point in the event of a tie.
- Playoffs: A Super Over shall determine the winner in the event of a tie.
- If a playoff match cannot complete the minimum 5 overs per side due to weather, the match shall be rescheduled.
- No playoff match shall be decided without a result.

Umpire Authority
- Umpire decisions are final.
- Players must respect umpire decisions.
- Excessive dissent may result in disciplinary action.

Code of Conduct
- Abusive language, physical intimidation and threatening behaviour are prohibited.
- Equipment abuse, unsporting conduct and repeated dissent may lead to penalties.
- Warnings, suspensions or removal may be issued by the committee.

Player Eligibility
- Organizers may verify player identity at any time.
- Teams may change any player in their squad only with prior approval from the organisers, and only in genuine cases. Such changes will be permitted only until the first ball of the team's first match of the tournament is bowled. No player replacements or additions will be allowed after that point..
- Use of unregistered players may result in forfeiture, points deduction or disqualification.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the upcoming Saturday of match week.
- All requests must be received by Wednesday, 12:00 PM IST.
- Late requests will not be considered.
- Late cancellations may result in walkovers and additional charges.

Fixture Commitment
- Teams commit to participating in all scheduled matches.
- Repeated forfeitures may lead to points deductions.
- Teams may lose playoff eligibility or be suspended from future editions.

Mankad Rule
- Run out at the non-striker’s end, commonly called Mankad, is not permitted.
- Any such dismissal attempt shall be declared Not Out.

Additional Conditions
- Only official tournament-issued red tennis balls may be used.
- Maximum one bouncer per over.
- Substitute fielders may field but may not bat or bowl unless acting as Impact Player.
- Retired Hurt batters may return later in the innings.
- Boundary catches are valid only if the fielder remains within the field of play.

Protests & Disputes
- Any protest must be submitted within 30 minutes of match completion.
- No protests shall be entertained after this period.
- Tournament Committee decisions shall be final.

Tournament Authority
- TCS may amend schedules, venues, timings, playing conditions and regulations whenever necessary.
- All decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final and binding.

All teams are expected to compete with discipline, commitment and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
