These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Titans Cricket Series website, digital services, registration forms, tournament information and related online features. Please read them carefully before using the website or submitting information to Team TCS.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this website, browsing its pages, submitting a form, registering a team or player, subscribing to communications or using any Titans Cricket Series digital service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or submit information through it.

Additional tournament rules, registration conditions, payment terms, codes of conduct and match regulations may also apply. Where a specific tournament rule conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific tournament rule will apply to that matter.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use this website only if you are legally capable of entering into binding arrangements or are using it under the supervision and authority of a parent, guardian, captain, team manager or other authorised representative.

Where you submit information on behalf of a team, player, sponsor, organisation or other person, you confirm that you have the authority and necessary permission to do so.

Team captains and managers are responsible for ensuring that squad members are informed about relevant tournament rules, registrations, match conditions and media arrangements.

Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the website for lawful personal, sporting, informational and tournament-related purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, systems, accounts, databases or administrative tools without permission.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks or other harmful technology.
  • Scrape, extract, copy or reproduce website data at scale without written permission.
  • Interfere with the website’s performance, security or availability.
  • Impersonate another player, captain, team, organiser or official.
  • Submit abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate content.
  • Misuse forms, registration systems or communication channels.

Accuracy of Information Submitted

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is complete, current and accurate.

This includes information such as:

  • Player names and contact details.
  • Team names, logos and squad information.
  • Player photographs and jersey numbers.
  • Age, eligibility and participation details.
  • Captain and team-manager information.
  • Payment or registration references.
  • Volunteer, partnership or media enquiries.

Titans Cricket Series may request clarification, supporting information or corrections where submitted details appear incomplete, inconsistent or inaccurate.

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, disqualification or removal from the tournament or relevant website service.

Tournament and Team Registration

Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee entry into Titans Cricket Series.

A registration will be treated as confirmed only after the applicable information, approvals, squad requirements and payments have been completed and acknowledged by Team TCS.

Titans Cricket Series may accept, reject, place on hold or request changes to a registration based on tournament capacity, eligibility, incomplete information, disciplinary history, operational requirements or other reasonable considerations.

Registration fees, match fees, payment deadlines, refund eligibility and cancellation conditions may be governed by separate written communication or tournament-specific terms.

Fixtures, Venues and Tournament Changes

Fixtures, venues, match timings, playing conditions, officials and tournament schedules may change due to weather, ground availability, safety concerns, operational requirements, broadcast requirements, unforeseen circumstances or decisions made in the interest of the competition.

Team TCS will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the website, captains, team managers or official communication channels.

Website information should be checked alongside the latest official communication shared with participating teams.

Titans Cricket Series is not responsible for loss arising solely because a participant failed to review an officially communicated schedule or update.

Player, Team and User Conduct

All participants and users are expected to behave respectfully towards players, officials, organisers, venues, staff, volunteers, partners and other members of the cricket community.

Prohibited conduct may include:

  • Abuse, threats, harassment or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Physical aggression or deliberate damage to property.
  • Manipulation of scores, registrations or player identities.
  • Cheating, match manipulation or deliberate rule violations.
  • Misconduct towards umpires, scorers or organisers.
  • Publication of knowingly false or malicious allegations.
  • Misuse of TCS branding, credentials or communication channels.

Breaches may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, match penalties, player or team disqualification, website access restrictions or further action under the applicable tournament rules.

Photography, Broadcasting and Statistics

Titans Cricket Series is a sporting competition that may be photographed, recorded, streamed, reported and promoted through digital and offline media.

Match-related content may include:

  • Live or recorded match footage.
  • Player and team photographs.
  • Highlights, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Scorecards, rankings and performance statistics.
  • Player profiles and tournament records.
  • Match reports, articles and social media graphics.

By participating in an official TCS match, event, interview or media activity, participants acknowledge that their name, image, voice, team information and sporting performance may appear in official tournament content.

Statistics and scorecards may be corrected where a genuine recording or data-entry error is established. Editorial descriptions, selections, rankings and performance features may involve reasonable sporting judgement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, Titans Cricket Series name, tournament identity, logos, graphics, articles, photographs, videos, broadcasts, statistics presentation, database structure and other original content are owned by or licensed to Titans Cricket Series.

You may view and share official public website links for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content.
  • Remove watermarks, credits, copyright notices or brand identifiers.
  • Sell, sublicense or redistribute TCS photographs, footage, graphics or databases.
  • Present yourself as an authorised partner, representative or media outlet of Titans Cricket Series.

Team names, team logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Website content is provided for general tournament, sporting and informational purposes.

Official match decisions made by umpires, tournament officials or disciplinary authorities are not replaced by website content.

  • Your deliberate misuse of the website.

This provision does not apply where the relevant loss was caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Titans Cricket Series.
